“Remembering Our Fallen,” a photo exhibit that honors military service members with Nebraska and western Iowan ties who have been killed in Iraq or Afghanistan, will be displayed March 10 -11 at Ramada
Plaza, 72nd and Grover Streets in Omaha.
The exhibit, created by Bill and Evonne Williams with help from The World-Herald, is free and open to the public. Viewing times will be Saturday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The exhibit, which is free and open to the public, is on display during the Nebraska Florists Society Heartland Convention.
“We can never forget those who sacrificed everything for our freedom. We must remember these American Heroes and speak their names when we see their family members,” said Bill Williams, exhibit co-creator. “This exhibit is created so it can travel easily throughout Nebraska, so that more people will have the opportunity to honor and remember Nebraska’s Fallen.”
